Local Movement Co. started with a lot of conversations, ideas, “what if we…” moments, and probably more decisions than either of us realized we were signing up for! We’re different in plenty of ways, but that’s also what makes our partnership work. We’re so excited to bring our ideas together and create something we hope becomes a really special part of the Worthington community.

ERIKA
Erika owns B.Fitness and Studio Blu in Adrian and has loved watching a fitness community grow into something so much bigger than just workouts. She’s also a wife, mom of three, and usually has a few too many things going at once—but loves creating spaces where people can connect, challenge themselves, and feel their best.

KAMRYN
Kamryn is a Worthington High School alum and a recent graduate of the University of South Dakota. Coming back to her hometown community and having the opportunity to help create something new in Worthington makes Local Movement Co. especially meaningful to her. She brings a fresh perspective, great energy, and a genuine excitement for fitness and connecting with others.
